Cara Snyder, LISW-S

Cara is an independently licensed social worker, having received her Master’s degree from the Ohio State University in 2003. She has worked in a variety of capacities, including community mental health, school social work, home-based counseling, and foster care. This has given her experience working with a diverse population.
In the past she has been trained in therapeutic modalities such as play therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, the neurosequential model of therapeutics, and collaborative problem solving. She currently works with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and adjustment disorders. In her free time, Cara enjoys hiking, horseback riding, reading, travel and music.
